After lunch at Vova's this morning we showed Carmen, his wife, pictures of our church. She was especially excited about the children's area and wants to draw pictures on the wall like we have. It's wonderful seeing the enthusiasm in this young couple.

After the second church service, Vasily and his wife Alla took us for a picnic in the forest. They grilled steak, veal and chicken. Everything was delicious. We were in an area across the street from the former grounds keepers home next to Nikita Kruscheve's former summer compound. It was quite interesting.

Keep the comments coming. We love hearing from everyone.

Susan and friends,
I have enjoyed reading all of your messages and following you day by day. What a wonderful service you are doing by representing our country and our church in such a loving way. Thanks!

My goodness, I hope the walking is helping hold the pounds down..of course all I've done is eat too.

The Living Room group was at Remington Park on Friday. Thursday Mary and I ate with Linda at P.F. Chang's. She was to have knee surgery today (Monday) but the last I heard she had not gone in yet. Sunday was Just Faith and a fish fry with all the extras at the Murnan's, very yummy! After discussion on a project and having Jeremy there was great fun. Just catching up on his coming and goings was great fun. We then watched Pay It Forward, many tears naturally.

Our prayers have been with Gina Rowsam as she was diagnosed with breast cancer last week and was having an MRI today. And Sherri Price's nephew has meningitis and is still struggling in recovery.

Our prayers are with each of you that you are receiving the wisdom to formulate great mission teams to go to the Ukraine. The people sound wonderful....have a great day love mary PS I forgot to mention great barbeque at the construction workers lunch plus this evening is the Women's Potluck...food, food everywhere...

I typed this once and I think it's in cyberspace somewhere. We missed you last night, but oh what a time you are having! It seems that you are being shown very clearly a direction for VIM--that's exciting! I also have enjoyed the pictures--they're great. God's blessings on all of you. Safe travel home. Love you. Judy
